What the Program Includes?

  • 18 videos, in total 4 hours

  • A general warm up, and a cooling down gymnastics video, 16 Lollipop Hoop tutorial videos

  • You need to have a Lollipop Hoop (alternatively an A frame+Aerial Hoop) at home installed safely

  • You can follow the videos in your own time whenever and wherever you want. You can combine videos of 5, 10, 15 minutes to create bespoke training suitable for your liking, however we highly recommend to follow along program according to our schedule suggestion to have the best results.

Program Description

Each week you are going to learn 4 Beginner Level Aerial Hoop moves on the Lollipop Hoop after a general warm up and with a cooling down at the end of your training (60 mins).

You will try different poses, and moves weekly to build up your strength and stamina to move to the next level. We recommend training 2-3 times (each 60 mins) a week with muscle rest days in between. To be able to build up your Aerial Hoop vocabulary it is not enough just to watch a move, or only try it once. You might need to practice a trick over and over again to master it. This online video program will support you with in depth pole move explanations for best results.

What is Floating Online?

Floating Online is Floating Fitness London’s online offer for those they wish to learn or practice pole and aerial arts, sport, fitness and dance from the intimacy of their home. It is a great training resource and a perfect add on to your face-to-face or online live classes. We also recommend this course for those who wish to deepen their knowledge in Pole Dance and/or Pole Fitness, Pole Sport.

Moving up a level, if you are a complete beginner

It depends on your devotion, background, fitness level, it takes in general 4-6 weeks. If you manage this in a shorter or longer period, please accept and admire the fact, that we are all beautifully different. Hope you will enjoy it, and you will see your results very soon.
