Why Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath can be easier than other meditative practices because it doesn’t require a lot of discipline or patience to learn how to do it — all you have to do is listen. Usually after 20 min the mind go quiet, we enter the Theta (some people even Delta phase) and start experiencing different sensations.
Benefit of Sound Bath:
Reduce anxiety
Manage stress
Lower blood pressure
Enhance sleep
Lessen physical pain
Effect positively general wellbeing and mental health.
Since stress is associated with other conditions like diabetes and heart disease, engaging in Sound Baths might be a good preventive strategy to reduce the risk of chronic conditions, too.
Why at Full Moon?
The moon is incredibly powerful. When you practice full moon rituals, you are allowing the moon to cleanse your body, which is 88% water, and you then start fresh and bring great energy into your life. It may also help you cleanse, release, and reacharge.
