Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We have a no refund policy!

Once you have purchased your ticket, we are not able to refund any money. The act of purchase is ensuring that the purchaser is available for the class (drop in) or classes (class passes).

Expiry from purchase day - Expiry from first booked class.
All bought drop in, class passes, appointment passes have a month expiry from purchase day making the first booking with it: you need to book first class within 30 days from purchase day. If you miss this period, we can extend expiry from purchase day with one month. Admin fee apply of £20.
Class pass expiry will be calculated by booking system automatically from first booked class and you will have a month to use our class passes.
An example to see the differences: you bought a 4 class pass and a drop in on 1st of May, you need to book the first class latest on 31st May with class pass and drop in ticket too, not to waste the entire pass or drop in ticket. You booked your first class on 31st May, now your 4 class pass will expire on 30th June.

We cannot provide an extension for the already commenced class passes. Only exception is when we should close for a holiday period (Christmas, Easter, etc.) or Government Covid-19 regulations. In those cases, your expiry date will be extended by the number of days - please drop us an email to info@floatingfitness.co.uk.  

All class require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Missed sessions will be charged as if attended. 

If you need to rearrange your class bookings, we have a 24-hour cancellation window for all our classes. You can manage your bookings on your Bsport account up to 24 hours before your class time. Within 24 hours the class is non-refundable, no makeup session will be offered. However, you can offer the class space onto a friend. For this, make sure, your friend has an account on Bsport with Floating Fitness and let us know who is taking your space.

If you are running late, after 15 minutes (warm up time) you won’t be able to attend the class due to health and safety reasons. If you turn up after this time you will be asked to leave, and session will be charged as attended. If you are not arriving on time to start the class, we keep the rights to give your space for a standby student and your class will be charged as if attended.

Unlimted class pass: As the offer allows you to book yourself everywhere, we might apply a penalty for no shows to avoid taking away spaces from others: each no show will be charged at £15, so please only book the slots you will 100% turn up.

Changes by FLOATING FITNESS - We reserve the right to make alterations to classes booked with us. This is very rare, but sometimes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. If a change must occur, we will offer an appropriate alternative. On class pass classes you will be asked to select any of our classes within the time frame of your expiry date. If you have a Drop in class that was affected by the change requested by us and none of the alternatives are convenient, you can have a full refund.

Changes by the GOVERNMENT (national lock down due to Covid-19) - We might need to stop our face-to-face activity requested by the Government at any time. If you have classes remained on your class pass, you will be able to use it up once the Government allows fitness businesses to operate face-to-face again. We do not offer refund in these circumstances.

We do not offer medical cancellations. We will not be issuing refunds or makeup classes for any missed classes if you have to isolate for COVID related reason.

Payment can only be made online. We do not accept cash payments at this time.
